I wasn’t sure what to expect when I dived into this massive tome, but I knew I liked The Swan Thieves and wanted to see more from this author. It ended up containing all my favorite things!

    I loved this book too! I’m actually thinking about re-reading it for this year’s Cannonball to go with my review of Pope Joan. So glad I wasn’t the only one :)

    This book got me into so much trouble when I read it a few years ago – I couldn’t put it down, and ended up staying up most of the night, and then I started nodding off in a meeting.
