Any time someone wants a book suggestion, this is my immediate response. I am not a fan of the zombie genre (although I am about to start The Walking Dead…) and I am not a horror fan (again…about to start The Walking Dead. Damn you, AMC!). But this isn’t a zombie book. Really. It’s not. Yes, there are zombies and scary stuff happens, but the War is basically over, so you’re not going to get eaten. Probably.
