Jen K’s #CBR4 Review #21: A Monstrous Regiment of Women
Yes, another update. And I’m still nowhere near caught up but I read a book the other day that I actually had something to say about and wanted to share with people, and it kind of got the ball rolling. This, however, was not that book. This review was the result of the ball already rolling. The second (by published date, third by chronological order in series) novel in the Mary Russell/Sherlock Holmes series has a weak mystery, and I wasn’t really that sold on Mary, either, despite liking her in the previous novel.
