chasitymoody’s #CBR4 Review #5: The Nancy Drew Cookbook by Carolyn Keene
When I was a kid, my mom would bring home cookbooks geared towards children. Many of the books were published by Better Homes and Gardens, but sometimes there would be a Time/Life or Penguin Publication. She did this so that none of her five children would have to worry about how to cook for themselves. Plus, she thought of cooking as a wholesome activity that encouraged creativity and (probably, in her mind) would keep us off the streets.
So, when I found The Nancy Drew Cookbook, as an adult, I had to read it. Enjoy my full review of it at Parenthetical Views.
