Kinda Fancy’s #CBR4 Review #08: Pawnee the Greatest Town in America by Leslie Knope

256 pages and I read them all, so it counts.  I can’t overstate how grateful I am to have my own copy of Ron Swanson’s Pyramid of Greatness.

Disclaimer:

Turns out I’m not good at motivating myself to write reviews, but I have been reading.  How can I still participate without all that pesky effort required? How about a handy gimmick? From here on out, I’m going to write my thoughts on the books I read in a twitter ready 140 characters, you know, to really distill my feelings towards the book into their most base elements-also to staunch my guilt at pussin’ out on this endeavor.

Cheers!

Kinda Fancy’s #CBR4 Review #06: Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern

Creates the kind of atmosphere that, as a child, you thought was actually out there somewhere. Dark and lovely. I want to go to this circus.

Kinda Fancy’s #CBR4 Review #05: The Autobiography of Mrs. Tom Thumb: A Novel by Melanie Benjamin

Lavinia Warren’s life may have been interesting.  This novel, framed around a saccharinly imagined unrequited love for PT Barnum, was not.
